These terms describe your use of TemporalChart, a free timetable generation and scheduling service for educational institutions. By using TemporalChart you agree to these terms.
TemporalChart helps you create, review and export timetables by collecting information about your institution, teachers, classes, subjects, rooms, availability and preferences, and generating a proposed schedule using automated processing (including AI/LLM-assisted understanding of your requirements).
TemporalChart is currently provided free of charge. We may change or add features, or introduce paid options, at our discretion.
TemporalChart may use AI/LLM services to interpret and structure the timetable information you provide. Generated timetables and any accompanying text or explanations are AI-assisted output: they are suggestions and assistance, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying and correcting any AI-generated output before using it.
You are responsible for verifying any generated schedule before relying on it. The service does not guarantee that a generated timetable is mathematically optimal, conflict-free, or free of errors. In some cases a complete timetable may not be possible; the service will report partial or impossible results honestly, and you are responsible for reviewing and correcting them. Always verify a generated timetable against your institution's real constraints before implementing it.
You are solely responsible for the content of any files you upload (for example, documents containing teacher, class, room or requirement lists), for ensuring you have the right to share that data with us, and for its accuracy. Do not upload files containing passwords, national identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal data that is not needed for timetabling.
The TemporalChart service, software and materials are provided by AOM Prouddyogiki Pvt Ltd.. You retain your rights in the timetable data you provide.
If you provide feedback, corrections or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service, including as examples for quality analysis and product improvement. Please do not include sensitive personal information in free-text feedback. By submitting feedback you agree that we may use it as described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.
If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
To the extent permitted by law, AOM Prouddyogiki Pvt Ltd. is not liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or generated timetables, including indirect, incidental or consequential damages. You use the service at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for misuse or as needed to protect the service and other users. You may stop using the service and delete your account or data at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. This is a placeholder provision; the business owner will confirm the exact governing-law and dispute-resolution details before public launch.
